Our office has been relocated in the building that used to be InStep shoe store. In addition to a new office, the building
also contains a staff break room, restrooms, and a meeting room for member events. The footprint of the building has
been expanded to accommodate the extra rooms.

5/5/08 The interior of the existing building is
gutted.
5/7/08 part of the back wall of the building is
taken out
5/12/08 the area behind the building is excavated
and leveled.
Over the next weeks, the area is repeatedly built
up and compacted
6/09/08 Framing for restrooms and meeting room goes
up.
6/09/08 GM office and Acoounting area get
framed.
6/9/08 Plumbing for restrooms started.
6/13/08 rebar is welded to reinforce piers which
will stabilize the foundation
6/17/08 an auger truck is brought in to drill the
holes where the concrete piers will be poured
6/17/08 the piers are poured over the rebar which
was inserted into the auger holes
6/23/08 Drywall starts going up on
cubicles.
6/24/08 trenches for utilities were dug
6/25/08 utility conduits were inserted
7/03/08 forms were built for the foundation
7/7/08 the foundation was poured
7/9/08 Forms are removed.
7/11/08 Drywall goes up on Accounting
wing.
7/11/08 Cubicles are worked on.
7/15/08 the walkway foundation was
poured
7/15/08 the office addition walls begin to go
up
7/17/08 the walls rise
7/18/08 the roof framing begins
7/22/08 the roof framing finishes
7/23/08 the roof is put on
7/23/08 the roof is almost on
7/25/08 the roof is on!
7/30/08 Interior framing begins in the meeting
room
8/4/08 the staff gets a tour of the new
office
8/7/08 the office exterior is
painted
8/14/08 the interior is painted
8/21/08 the "garage door" to the meeting room and
the railings are installed
8/27/08 the heating and air conditioning units are
installed on the roof and secuity wiring is
installed.
9/3/08 Filing cabinets are put into
place
9/29/08 Deli Manager Dana's desk
10/2/08 South side of the open plan

10/21/08 the deck attached to the meeting
room
10/22/08 the completed painting
10/31/08 Doors made of recycled tin from the
stocking shed are hung between the staff break room
and the meeting room.
